Laura Banks
Holistic Nutrition Health Coach
“Real change happens when the motivation fades away, and devotion starts to appear.”
Laura Banks is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who helps women build sustainable healthy habits, improve their relationship with food, and feel more confident and in control of their everyday choices. Through health education, mindset work, and practical routines, Laura focuses on making healthy living feel realistic rather than restrictive.
Her approach grew from her own experience. In 2020, Laura had graduated from college and was working as a third-grade teacher in South Carolina. At the time, she struggled with low energy, persistent cravings, and frustration around weight loss. Instead of continuing to rely on restriction, she began making small changes to her habits and learning more about nutrition, mindset, and sustainable health.
That personal transformation eventually became a new professional direction. Laura earned her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification in 2022 and committed herself to helping other women overcome many of the same struggles she had experienced.
Today, Laura works with women who are tired of food noise, sugar cravings, yo-yo dieting, and the all-or-nothing mindset that can make healthy living difficult to maintain. Rather than simply telling clients what they should or should not eat, she combines health education with mindset shifts to help them understand their habits and create routines they can realistically sustain.
Laura is also the founder of Laura.B.Healthy. Her work includes individual and group health coaching, meal-planning resources, workshops, keynotes, retreats, and guest coaching. Through her Seismic Shift coaching program, she helps women develop habits around nutrition, exercise, hydration, sleep, and stress management. Her approach emphasizes gradual, achievable changes rather than strict dieting.
Beyond coaching, Laura hosts the Isn't She Powerful podcast, a health and mindset show for women working to take back their power with food. She also speaks about food cravings, meal planning, consistency, mindset, and creating healthier relationships with food.
Across her coaching, speaking, and educational work, Laura's message remains practical and encouraging: lasting change does not have to come from perfection. By understanding their bodies, shifting their mindset, and building small habits consistently, women can create a healthier lifestyle designed to last.
