Amy Lenius

Director of Group Coaching & Success Coach

“Most people don't fail because they're doing too little... They fail because they're doing too much of what doesn’t actually move the needle.”

Amy Lenius is a personal development and success coach who helps women reconnect with their self-worth, build lasting consistency, and focus their energy on what truly moves the needle. As Director of Group Coaching at Next Level University, her work in personal development coaching centers on creating meaningful, sustainable change rather than simply encouraging people to do more.

Amy's perspective is shaped by her own experience with personal growth and health. After years of trial and error while navigating endometriosis, she rebuilt her health and gained firsthand insight into how frustrating change can feel when effort does not seem to produce the results someone is looking for.

That experience helped shape the way Amy approaches coaching today. Instead of pushing people to add more tasks, habits, and expectations to their lives, she helps women recognize what is actually contributing to their progress. Her goal is to help them stop doing more of what does not move the needle and become more intentional about where they invest their time and energy.

Through personal development coaching, Amy supports women as they strengthen their self-worth, develop greater consistency, and identify patterns that may be keeping them from moving forward. Her approach connects personal experience with practical guidance, recognizing that sustainable success often requires both internal growth and consistent action.

Amy has also spoken on stages across the health and personal development world. Her message reflects many of the themes at the center of her coaching, including self-worth, consistency, personal growth, health, and the importance of focusing on what genuinely creates progress.

At the heart of Amy's work is the belief that growth does not always require doing more. Sometimes, progress begins by becoming more intentional about what deserves your attention and letting go of what no longer serves the direction you want to take.

Outside of coaching, Amy has a few interests that reveal another side of her personality. She enjoys bass fishing and listens to metal when she wants to unwind.
