Racquel Foster

Racquel Foster

Wellness Advocate, Speaker, Writer

“Have undying faith at all cause and at every junction of your life. Through all hardships are many lessons to learn from.”

Racquel Foster, holistic wellness through movement is about more than physical fitness. It is part of a much larger relationship between creativity, self-expression, resilience, and learning how to listen to yourself. As a wellness advocate, writer, speaker, certified fitness trainer, yoga instructor, and cabaret vocalist, Racquel brings together disciplines that might seem separate but share a common purpose: helping people reconnect with themselves and continue growing.

Her creative foundation reaches back to her work in media and production. Racquel studied at Montclair State University, where her involvement included the Golden Key Honor Society and Lambda Pi Eta. Her early portfolio reflects a hands-on approach to storytelling, with projects spanning hosting, producing, writing, directing, and editing. She later built a career at CBS News, adding years of professional media experience to an already diverse creative background.

That experience gives Racquel an unusual perspective on communication. Whether she is working through movement, voice, media, or conversation, she understands the value of connecting with an audience in a way that feels human. Her background as a cabaret vocalist adds another dimension to that approach, bringing performance and personality into a life increasingly centered on wellness.

At the same time, fitness and yoga have given Racquel another way to help people become more present. Her work reflects a belief that wellness does not have to exist in isolation from creativity, humor, or everyday life. Instead, holistic wellness through movement can become one way of developing greater awareness, confidence, and connection.

Across these different parts of her life, Racquel brings humor, empathy, and creativity into the spaces she enters. Rather than fitting into a single professional label, she has built a path where media, movement, writing, performance, and wellness can inform one another.

Her story offers a broader view of what personal growth can look like. For Racquel, thriving is not about becoming someone entirely new. It is about paying attention, continuing to grow, and finding meaningful ways to reconnect with the strongest parts of who you already are.
