Sheila Winter Wallace

RN, Entrepreneur, Coach

“Intuition lives in the realm of the illogical.”

Healing through self leadership has shaped Sheila Winter Wallace’s work with women seeking greater peace, possibility, and ownership of their lives. With decades of self-employment and experience spanning health, retail, personal development, and healing practices, Sheila brings a perspective built through both professional experience and her own search for answers.

Sheila has been self-employed since 1975. She began her career as a Registered Nurse before later becoming a Certified Cosmetician and owning retail stores. Those experiences gave her an early understanding of what it means to build a life and career on your own terms, while taking responsibility for the choices that shape the path ahead.

Her work eventually took a more personal turn. While exploring different healing modalities to address her own health challenges, Sheila began developing a deeper understanding of the connection between physical pain, emotional stress, and personal transformation. What started as her own search for healing grew into a desire to help other women become active participants in creating change in their lives.

Today, Sheila is a Master WEL-Systems® Educator, Certified CODE Model™ Coach, and BodySpirit Integration Specialist. Through these disciplines, she supports women who want to move beyond patterns of chronic physical pain or recurring emotional stress and discover new possibilities for themselves.

At the heart of her approach is healing through self leadership. Rather than viewing pain only as something to escape or suppress, Sheila encourages women to lean into what they are experiencing and explore what may exist on the other side. Her work offers a different context for understanding who and what we are, creating space for women to reconsider long-held patterns and their relationship with difficult experiences.

Across her work in healing, business, and life, Sheila’s mission remains centered on transforming women’s pain into peace and possibility. Her journey reflects a belief that meaningful change begins when women take the lead in their own lives and become willing to engage differently with the challenges they face.
