Tim Borys

Executive Performance Coach & Author

“When humans thrive, teams perform and businesses grow. That's not a wellness perk. It's the operating system for sustainable high performance.”

Tim Borys is an entrepreneur, executive performance coach, author, and podcast host who helps leaders achieve sustainable high performance without sacrificing their health, relationships, or sense of purpose.

His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations create successful, fulfilling careers through a healthier approach to achievement. After years of leading businesses and working with executives, Tim became increasingly interested in a challenge familiar to many high achievers: Why do some people thrive under pressure while others eventually burn out?

That question became central to his approach to performance and leadership. Rather than measuring success solely through professional accomplishments, Tim focuses on the habits, behaviors, and conditions that allow people to perform effectively over the long term.

Today, Tim helps leaders pursue sustainable high performance through his Human Operating System framework. The framework examines the everyday factors that support consistent performance and encourages people to build systems that work with their lives instead of constantly pushing themselves toward exhaustion.

His perspective recognizes that professional success does not exist separately from personal well-being. Health, relationships, purpose, and performance all influence how effectively someone can lead and contribute over time. By bringing these areas together, Tim helps people consider not only what they want to accomplish, but also how they want to live while accomplishing it.

Beyond his coaching and entrepreneurial work, Tim is the author of five books. He also hosts The Working Well Podcast, where he explores work, well-being, and performance through conversations and ideas designed for people navigating the demands of modern professional life.

Tim’s work offers an alternative to the idea that pressure, exhaustion, and personal sacrifice are unavoidable costs of ambition. Instead, he encourages leaders to create the conditions that make sustainable high performance possible.
