Andrew Brümmer is an executive leadership coach, entrepreneur, author, and business executive who helps professionals navigate change, improve decision-making, and lead with greater purpose. Originally from South Africa, Andrew has built a diverse international career spanning multiple industries, organizations, and continents. His experience includes operations, product development, sales, business strategy, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership. This wide-ranging background gives him a practical, real-world perspective on the challenges facing business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders.

In 2024, Andrew experienced a major career inflection point of his own. At age 54, after investing nearly a decade with one organization, he faced an unexpected professional transition. Rather than simply reacting to the change, he chose to move forward with purpose and intention. That decision opened the door to one of the most productive and meaningful periods of his professional journey.

Today, Andrew serves as COO of Industry Technologies (FrontHouz) while leading multiple business ventures. As an executive coach for business leaders, he helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their organizations, teams, leadership styles, and decision-making processes. He also serves as an entrepreneur mentor, guiding business owners as they evaluate challenges, identify opportunities, and build stronger organizations.

Known as “The Business Polygraph,” Andrew helps leaders uncover what their businesses are really telling them.
