As the Resident Partner-in-Charge of a national public accounting firm, Albert combines accounting expertise, strategic leadership, and practical financial wisdom to help businesses thrive and families pursue personal finance success.
Albert earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern University and A&M College. He later earned an MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from LSU, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. He is also a Lifetime Member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Albert is the author of LIFE: Truth, Love, Loss, Success & Failure. Drawing from his experiences as a father of four, youth coach, business leader, and lifelong learner, the book explores the lessons that emerge from life’s defining moments. Albert shares how resilience, discipline, faith, financial responsibility, and purposeful action can help people move through adversity and build a stronger future.
For Albert, personal finance success is about more than earning money. It begins with understanding the numbers, making informed decisions, creating consistent habits, and aligning financial choices with family values and long-term goals. His message encourages parents, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to view accounting as a practical tool for building stability, opportunity, and generational wealth.
Albert’s leadership philosophy is supported by memorable frameworks such as “I Can Because I Will,” Plan, Act, Review, and Training, Practice, Work. These principles emphasize that meaningful progress comes from preparation, disciplined action, honest evaluation, and consistent effort. Through his writing, coaching, and leadership, Albert makes the path toward personal finance success feel practical, achievable, and connected to a larger purpose.
His work is anchored by two guiding principles:
“Accounting is the heartbeat of business and the key to personal finance success.”
“If you follow the money, you will find the answers.”
Albert’s story reminds us that accounting is not simply about numbers. It is about understanding what those numbers reveal, using that knowledge to make better decisions, and creating a financial legacy that can serve future generations.
